Value Stream Mapping (VSM) เป็นเทคนิคการจัดการแบบลีน (lean management technique) ที่ใช้ในการแสดงภาพ วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงการไหลของวัสดุและข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการนำผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการจากวัตถุดิบตั้งต้นไปสู่การส่งมอบแก่ลูกค้า VSM ซึ่งริเริ่มโดย Mike Rother และ John Shook ในเวิร์กบุ๊กปี 1999 ชื่อ Learning to See ได้รับการพัฒนาต่อยอดจากระบบการผลิตแบบโตโยต้า (Toyota Production System) เพื่อเปิดเผยความสูญเปล่า ความล่าช้า และกิจกรรมที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดมูลค่าตลอดทั้งสายธารแห่งมูลค่า (value stream) ของการผลิต
