คะแนนความเสี่ยงจากยีนหลายตำแหน่ง (Polygenic Risk Score หรือ PRS) คือการวัดสรุปผลที่รวบรวมผลกระทบของความแปรปรวนทางพันธุกรรมจำนวนมากทั่วทั้งจีโนม เพื่อทำนายความโน้มเอียงทางพันธุกรรมของแต่ละบุคคลต่อโรคหรือลักษณะที่ซับซ้อนอื่นๆ วิธีการ PRS ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นครั้งแรกโดย Purcell และคณะในปี 2007 ได้รวมผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ทั่วทั้งจีโนม (Genome-Wide Association Study หรือ GWAS) เข้ากับจีโนไทป์ของแต่ละบุคคล เพื่อสร้างการประเมินความเสี่ยงเฉพาะบุคคล แนวทาง PRS ได้ปฏิวัติวงการแพทย์แม่นยำ (precision medicine) โดยช่วยให้สามารถแบ่งกลุ่มความเสี่ยงและแทรกแซงแต่เนิ่นๆ ในประชากรที่มีความเสี่ยงทางพันธุกรรมสูง
