Unit Hydrograph
Unit hydrograph (UH) คือการแปลงเชิงเส้นที่เปลี่ยนปริมาณน้ำฝนส่วนเกินให้เป็นปริมาณน้ำท่าสำหรับลุ่มน้ำ UH ถูกนำเสนอโดย Sherman ในปี 1932 โดยมีข้อสมมติฐานว่าการตอบสนองของปริมาณน้ำฝนต่อปริมาณน้ำท่าเป็นแบบเชิงเส้นและไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงตามเวลา ทำให้สามารถสังเคราะห์ปริมาณน้ำท่าของน้ำท่วมจากพายุออกแบบสำหรับการออกแบบทางระบายน้ำล้นของเขื่อนและการประเมินความเสี่ยงน้ำท่วมได้
