Njia ya Hartree-Fock (HF) ni mbinu msingi ya uga wa kujitegemea kwa kutatua milinganyo ya Schrödinger yenye elektroni nyingi. Iliyoundwa kwa uhuru na Douglas Hartree na Vladimir Fock mwishoni mwa miaka ya 1920, inakadiria hali ya msingi kwa kudhani elektroni zinahama katika uga wa wastani unaozalishwa na elektroni nyingine zote, ikiruhusu hesabu za kemia ya quantum kuwa rahisi.
