Mfumo wa Kufungamana kwa Nguvu (TB) ni mbinu rahisi ya nusu-kiwango cha juu kwa ajili ya kuhesabu miundo ya bendi za kielektroni na sifa za yabisi. Ulioundwa na Slater na Koster mwaka 1954, TB unachukulia kuruka kwa elektroni kati ya maeneo ya atomiki kama mwingiliano mkuu, kuwezesha hesabu za ufanisi za utawanyiko wa bendi kwa ajili ya aina mbalimbali za vifaa.
