Mfumo wa Hitilafu wa INS ni mfumo wa hisabati unaoelezea jinsi hitilafu katika vipimo vya vitambuzi vya ndani vinavyoenea kupitia makadirio ya mfumo wa urambazaji wa nafasi, kasi, na msimamo. Uliandaliwa wakati wa miaka ya 1960 na kuboreshwa kupitia miongo kadhaa ya utafiti wa urambazaji, mfumo wa hitilafu huwezesha muundo wa vichujio bora vya kukadiria (k.m., vichujio vya Kalman) vinavyochanganya vipimo vya ndani na marejeleo ya nje (GNSS, LiDAR, kamera) ili kupunguza na kurekebisha hitilafu zilizokusanywa.
