Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling
PLS-SEM är en variansbaserad ansats till strukturella ekvationsmodeller (SEM) utvecklad av Herman Wold (1985) som estimerar latenta variabelmodeller genom att maximera den förklarade variansen i beroende variabler. Till skillnad från kovariansbaserad SEM är PLS-SEM särskilt användbar för explorativ forskning, små till medelstora sampel, komplexa modeller med många konstrukt och icke-normaldata.
