Test ekvivalencije (TOST — Two One-Sided Tests)
Test ekvivalencije koji koristi postupak Two One-Sided Tests (TOST) jeste parametarski test hipoteza osmišljen da pokaže da razlika između srednjih vrednosti dve grupe spada u unapred definisan region ekvivalencije ±Δ. Uveden od strane Schuirmann-a (1987) u kontekstu farmaceutske bioekvivalencije, TOST obrće logiku klasičnog testiranja nulte hipoteze: umesto pokušaja da se detektuje razlika, on pruža pozitivne dokaze o sličnosti.
