Robusna optimizacija rojem čestica — metaheuristika zasnovana na roju, svesna nesigurnosti

Robusna optimizacija rojem čestica (Robust PSO) proširuje klasičnu PSO metaheuristiku kako bi eksplicitno uzela u obzir nesigurnost u funkciji cilja, ograničenjima ili promenljivim odluke. Umesto optimizacije jednog nominalnog cilja, svako kandidatsko rešenje se evaluira u skupu scenarija nesigurnosti, a podobnost se procenjuje kriterijumom robusnosti kao što je performansa u najgorem slučaju ili očekivana vrednost, dajući rešenja koja ostaju blizu optimalnih čak i kada uslovi odstupaju od nominalnih pretpostavki.
