Višestruka regresiona analiza

Višestruka regresiona analiza je statistička metoda za modeliranje odnosa između zavisne promenljive koja je neprekidna i dve ili više nezavisnih promenljivih (prediktora). Nastala iz Gausovog rada s početka 19. veka i formalizovana od strane Drapera i Smita (1966), ona procenjuje linearne jednačine koje predviđaju ishode na osnovu više prediktora, uzimajući u obzir konfuzne odnose, što je čini neophodnom u epidemiologiji, ekonomiji, psihologiji i kliničkim istraživanjima.
