ATAC-seq analiza
ATAC-seq (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing) je metoda za profilisanje pejzaža pristupačnosti hromatina na nivou celog genoma. Razvijena od strane Buenrostro-a i kolega 2013. godine, ATAC-seq koristi hiperaktivnu transpozazu za obeležavanje otvorenih, pristupačnih regiona hromatina, omogućavajući brzu i osetljivu identifikaciju regulatornih DNK elemenata. ATAC-seq je postala standardna tehnika za karakterizaciju regulatornih pejzaža gena, otkrivanje regulatornih elemenata specifičnih za tip ćelije i inferenciju regulatornih mreža gena.
