Analiza Hi-C

Hi-C (High-Chromosome Conformation Capture) je tehnika i prateće računarske metode za mapiranje 3D arhitekture genoma unutar ćelija. Razvijen od strane Lieberman-Aiden i Dekker 2009. godine, Hi-C identifikuje fizičke interakcije između genomičkih regiona koji mogu biti udaljeni u linearnom nizu, ali prostorno bliski u 3D nuklearnom prostoru. Analiza Hi-C je otkrila fundamentalne principe organizacije genoma, uključujući postojanje topološki udruženih domena (TADs), i pruža uvid u to kako 3D struktura reguliše ekspresiju gena i replikaciju DNK.
