Automatsko generisanje test obrazaca
Automatsko generisanje test obrazaca (ATPG) je automatizovano kreiranje test vektora koji detektuju proizvodne defekte u digitalnim kolima. Pionir ATPG-a, Roth, 1966. godine, sistematski pronalazi ulaze koji čine „zaglavljene“ greške (stuck-at faults) vidljivim na izlazima, omogućavajući sveobuhvatnu detekciju grešaka. ATPG je ključan za proizvodnju poluprovodnika: postizanje visoke pokrivenosti testom osigurava isporuku samo ispravnih čipova i identifikuje probleme u proizvodnom procesu.
