TERCOM

Terenska konturna podudarnost (TERCOM) je metoda navigacije potpomognuta terenom koja ispravlja procene položaja usklađivanjem merenja visinomerom sa uskladištenom digitalnom mapom elevacije (DEM). Razvijen od strane Boinga 1980-ih za navođenje krstarećih raketa, TERCOM omogućava preciznu navigaciju u okruženjima uskraćenim za GPS iskorišćavanjem jedinstvenog potpisa terena na svakoj lokaciji. TERCOM ostaje suštinski za navođenje raketa, autonomna podvodna vozila i sisteme koji rade u scenarijima ometanja.
