Het Ruimte-Tijd Ruimtelijk Durbin Model breidt het cross-sectionele Ruimtelijk Durbin Model uit naar paneldata, waarbij gelijktijdig ruimtelijke spillover-effecten worden vastgelegd in zowel de afhankelijke variabele als de verklarende variabelen over ruimte en tijd. Het is de meest algemene en flexibele specificatie binnen de familie van ruimtelijke panelmodellen, en omvat de ruimtelijke lag- en ruimtelijke error-modellen als speciale gevallen.
