Klasifikasi Tindak Tutur
Klasifikasi tindak tutur ialah satu tugasan pemprosesan bahasa semula jadi yang secara automatik melabel fungsi komunikatif setiap ujaran dalam perbualan — seperti soalan, jawapan, ucapan selamat, atau penolakan. Dibangunkan oleh Jurafsky et al. (1997) dan Stolcke et al. (2000), ia merupakan komponen asas untuk chatbot dan analisis wacana.
