Pengesanan Niat — Klasifikasi Niat
Pengesanan niat ialah tugas pemahaman bahasa semula jadi yang mengklasifikasikan tujuan di sebalik ujaran pengguna — seperti membuat tempahan, meminta maklumat, atau memfailkan aduan — kepada salah satu set kelas niat yang telah ditetapkan. Ia adalah komponen teras NLU bagi antara muka perbualan dan sistem automasi perkhidmatan pelanggan, berdasarkan penanda aras Larson et al. (2019) dan Casanueva et al. (2020).
