Pemodelan persamaan struktur robust (Robust SEM) menerapkan kerangka kerja SEM penuh — estimasi simultan pengukuran dan hubungan struktural antara variabel laten — sambil menggunakan statistik uji terkoreksi dan ralat piawai "sandwich" yang tetap valid apabila data teramati menyimpang daripada kenormalan multivariat.
