Statistik J Youden, juga disebut indeks Youden, mengukur perbezaan maksimum antara kadar positif benar dan kadar positif palsu merentasi ambang klasifikasi yang berbeza. Ia berguna untuk memilih titik pemotongan optimum dalam ujian diagnostik.
