Pemadanan Skor Kecenderungan Ruang (Spatial PSM) memperluas kerangka kerja pemadanan skor kecenderungan klasik kepada tetapan di mana unit-unit tertanam dalam ruang geografi dan penetapan rawatan atau hasil mungkin berkorelasi secara ruang. Dengan menggabungkan kovariat ruang dan struktur kejiranan ke dalam model kecenderungan dan prosedur pemadanan, ia menghasilkan anggaran kausal yang mengambil kira kekeliruan geografi dan kesan limpahan.
