Analisis ungkapan berbeza RNA-seq Bayesian menggunakan model Bayesian hierarkikal untuk data kiraan bacaan urutan RNA bagi mengenal pasti gen yang aras ungkapan mereka berbeza secara signifikan antara keadaan biologi. Berbanding hanya bergantung pada nilai-p, kaedah ini mengukur kebarangkalian posterior bahawa sesuatu gen mempunyai ungkapan berbeza, meminjam kekuatan statistik merentasi gen dan secara semula jadi menampung saiz sampel yang kecil yang lazim dalam eksperimen genomik.
