Token Bucket Rate Limiting Algorithm
토큰을 담는 버킷을 상상해 보세요. 토큰은 최대 버킷 용량까지 일정한 속도(예: 마이크로초당 하나)로 도착합니다. 패킷을 전송하려면 패킷 크기에 해당하는 토큰을 제거합니다. 토큰이 없으면 패킷을 큐에 넣거나 버립니다. 이 간단한 메커니즘은 짧은 버스트(버킷 용량까지)를 허용하면서 평균 속도(토큰/초 * 바이트/토큰)를 강제합니다. 모든 트래픽이 동일한 속도로 셰이핑되므로 공정하며 구현이 간단합니다.
