델파이 기법 — 반복적 전문가 합의 도출 방법
델파이 기법은 반복적인 설문지와 통제된 피드백을 통해 전문가 의견을 수렴하고 정제하는 구조화된 다단계 자료 수집 방법입니다. 1950년대 RAND Corporation에서 개발된 이 기법은 복잡하고 불확실하며 미래 지향적인 질문에 대해 분산된 전문가 패널이 신뢰할 수 있는 합의에 도달하도록 설계되었습니다. 이는 대면 그룹 토론에서 발생할 수 있는 순응 압력 없이 진행됩니다.
