CUSUM 관리도
누적합(CUSUM) 관리도는 1954년 E. S. Page가 소개한 것으로, 각 관측치를 개별적으로 판단하는 대신 목표값으로부터의 편차를 누적하여 공정을 모니터링합니다. 작고 지속적인 변화는 시간이 지남에 따라 누적되므로, 누적합은 Shewhart 관리도보다 훨씬 빨리 이러한 변화를 감지하게 해주며, 따라서 CUSUM은 공정 평균의 작고 지속적인 변화를 탐지하는 데 선호되는 도구입니다.
