계수형 관리도 (p, np, c, u)
계수형 관리도는 Shewhart의 프레임워크를 확장하여 측정값이 아닌 분류된 품질 특성인 개수 및 비율 데이터에 적용합니다. p-관리도와 np-관리도는 이항 분포를 사용하여 불량품의 비율 또는 개수를 모니터링하고, c-관리도와 u-관리도는 포아송 분포를 사용하여 단위당 결함 수를 모니터링합니다. 이는 검사 결과가 연속적인 측정값이 아닌 합격/불합격 또는 결함 개수로 나올 때 표준적인 통계적 공정 관리 도구입니다.
