지역 공간 시차 모형
지역 공간 시차 모형은 공간 자기상관 모수와 회귀 계수가 지리적 위치에 따라 달라지도록 허용함으로써 고전적인 공간 시차 모형을 확장합니다. 이 모형은 이웃한 결과가 각 관측치에 미치는 영향에 대한 단일 전역 추정치 대신, 커널 가중치 지역 추정을 사용하여 위치별 모수를 추정함으로써 공간적 종속성의 공간적 이질성을 드러냅니다.
