참여적 기호 분석 — 커뮤니티 중심의 기호 및 의미 탐구
참여적 기호 분석(Participatory Semiotic Analysis, PSA)은 커뮤니티 구성원이나 연구 참여자가 자신들의 사회 세계를 형성하는 기호, 상징, 이미지, 텍스트를 능동적으로 공동 분석하도록 초대하는 질적 방법론이다. 기호 이론의 해석적 엄밀성과 참여형 행동 연구의 민주적 정신을 결합한 PSA는 참여자를 수동적인 정보 제공자가 아니라 문화적으로 내재된 의미 해독에 내부자 지식을 제공하는 공동 분석가로 취급한다.
