해석적 성찰적 주제 분석(Interpretive Reflexive Thematic Analysis)은 Braun과 Clarke의 성찰적 주제 분석 프레임워크를 해석주의 인식론적 입장에서 명시적으로 적용하는 방법이다. 분석가는 의미를 연구자와 데이터 간의 공동 구성물로 취급하고, 코딩 및 주제화 과정 전반에 걸쳐 자신의 주관적 위치성을 전면에 내세우며, 표면적인 내용 요약보다는 참여자의 관점에 대한 이론적으로 풍부한 설명을 생성한다. 이는 현대 질적 연구에서 가장 널리 사용되는 분석 접근법 중 하나이다.
