비교 문서 분석은 둘 이상의 문서 또는 문서 집합을 나란히 체계적으로 검토하여 맥락, 기관, 시간, 관할권 전반에 걸쳐 유사점, 차이점, 패턴 및 모순을 식별하는 질적 연구 설계입니다. 문서 분석을 기본 방법으로 활용하며, 비교 차원은 연구자가 문서의 내용뿐만 아니라 다른 비교 가능한 문서와 어떻게, 왜 다른지를 질문함으로써 분석적 우위를 더합니다.
