질적 내용 분석
질적 내용 분석(Qualitative Content Analysis, QCA)은 의미 단위를 식별하고 범주화하여 텍스트 또는 시각 데이터를 분석하는 체계적이고 귀납적인 방법이다. Klaus Krippendorff(1980)가 개발하고 형식화한 QCA는 순수하게 질적(귀납적, 탐색적)이거나 양적 계수와 결합될 수 있으며, 명시적 내용(명백하고 표면적인 의미)과 잠재적 내용(기저에 깔린, 해석적인 의미)을 분석한다.
