CAT-DIF는 컴퓨터 적응형 검사에서 전반적인 능력치를 통제한 후, 인구통계학적 또는 집단 하위 집단 간에 다르게 작동하는 문항을 식별합니다. 적응형 알고리즘은 각 응시자의 추정된 숙련도에 따라 비무작위적으로 문항을 선택하므로, 표준 DIF 탐지 방법은 이 맥락에서 유효하게 적용되기 전에 조정이 필요합니다.
