리포솜 약물 전달
리포솜 캡슐화는 지질 이중층 소포(리포솜)를 사용하여 약물을 봉입하는 제형 기술로, 생체 이용률을 개선하고 독성을 줄이며 표적 전달을 가능하게 합니다. 1965년 Alec Bangham이 개발한 리포솜은 현재 제약 개발의 표준이며, 시장에는 여러 FDA 승인 리포솜 약물이 있습니다.
