애든브룩 인지 검사
애든브룩 인지 검사(ACE)는 여러 인지 영역을 평가하고 치매 유형을 구별하도록 설계된 간결하면서도 포괄적인 임상가 시행 인지 검사 도구입니다. 2000년 케임브리지 대학의 Mathuranath와 동료들이 처음 개발한 ACE는 단일 영역 선별 도구의 한계를 개선하기 위해 만들어졌습니다. 2006년 개정판(ACE-R)과 2013년 추가 개선판(ACE-III)은 업데이트된 규준과 향상된 민감도를 제공합니다. ACE-R과 ACE-III는 알츠하이머병과 전두측두엽 치매를 구별하는 데 특히 유용합니다.
