RE-AIM 프레임워크
RE-AIM 프레임워크(도달률, 효과성, 채택률, 이행도, 유지율)는 실제 환경에서 근거 기반 중재의 공중 보건 영향을 평가하기 위해 고안된 5가지 차원의 평가 도구입니다. Glasgow 등(1999)이 효능 시험(통제된 조건)과 실제 적용에서의 효과성 간의 격차를 해소하기 위해 개발한 RE-AIM은 과학적 및 실용적 관점에서 중재가 '가치 있는지'를 판단하기 위한 포괄적인 지표 세트를 제공합니다. 이는 건강 분야 전반에 걸쳐 이행 성공을 평가하는 표준 프레임워크가 되었습니다.
