구현 결과 분류 체계
구현 결과 분류 체계(Implementation Outcome Taxonomy)는 수용성(Acceptability), 채택(Adoption), 적절성(Appropriateness), 실행 가능성(Feasibility), 충실도(Fidelity), 구현 비용(Implementation Cost), 보급률(Penetration), 지속 가능성(Sustainability)의 8가지 측정 가능한 차원을 정의하여 구현 성공 여부를 평가하는 프레임워크이다. Proctor 등(2011)이 개발한 이 체계는 구현 과정 결과(중재가 얼마나 잘 전달되었는가?)와 임상 결과(환자가 더 나아졌는가?)를 구별하기 위한 표준화된 어휘와 측정 접근법을 제공한다. 이 분류 체계는 증거 기반 중재가 효과적일 수 있지만(임상 결과) 구현이 제대로 되지 않았거나(구현 결과), 전달하기 실행 가능하지만 조직에서 채택되지 않을 수 있음을 인정하기 때문에 구현 과학의 기초가 된다.
