교차 적응 실험 — 적응형 교차 실험 설계
적응형 교차 실험은 각 참가자가 순차적으로 여러 치료를 받는 교차 설계의 피험자 내 효율성과, 중간 데이터를 기반으로 임상시험 매개변수를 수정할 수 있도록 하는 사전 지정된 적응 규칙을 결합합니다. 각 참가자는 치료 기간 동안 자신의 대조군 역할을 하며, 축적되는 증거는 표본 크기 재추정, 치료군 탈락, 또는 배정 비율 조정과 같은 사전 계획된 변경을 유발할 수 있으며, 이는 모두 추론적 타당성을 보존하기 위한 공식적인 적응 계획에 의해 관리됩니다.
