대조군 매칭 증례 보고 — 대조군 매칭 임상 증례 보고
대조군 매칭 증례 보고는 색인 환자를 체계적으로 선정된 하나 이상의 매칭된 대조군(일반적으로 유사한 인구통계학적 특성, 동반 질환 또는 임상 환경을 가졌으나 동일한 특이한 결과를 경험하지 않은 환자)과 비교하는 구조화된 임상 증례 기록입니다. 매칭된 대조군은 색인 증례를 맥락화하여, 기존의 단일 증례 보고가 제공할 수 있는 것 이상으로 인과 추론을 강화하며, 특히 약물감시, 희귀 질환 문서화 및 새로운 중재 보고에 사용됩니다.
