It splits into a spatial lag model, where spatial dependence sits in the dependent variable, and a spatial error model, where the dependence sits in the error term. | The Panel Data Fixed Effects model estimates relationships from panel data (the same units observed over several time periods) while controlling for unit- and/or time-specific effects, supporting causal inference.
