EWMA管理図
指数移動平均（EWMA）管理図は、1959年にS. W. Robertsによって導入されたもので、直近の観測値に最も大きな重みを与え、古い観測値は幾何級数的に減衰させる加重平均を用いてプロセスを監視する。CUSUMと同様に、この記憶効果により、プロセスの平均における小さく持続的なシフトの検出に非常に効果的であり、単一の平滑化パラメータλが、図が保持する過去の情報量を制御する。
