属性管理図（p, np, c, u）
属性管理図は、測定ではなく分類される品質特性である計数データおよび割合データに、シェバートの枠組みを拡張する。p管理図とnp管理図は二項分布を用いて不良品の割合または数（不良品数）を監視し、c管理図とu管理図はポアソン分布を用いて単位あたりの欠点数を監視する。これらは、検査結果が連続的な測定値ではなく合格/不合格または欠点数となる場合の標準的な統計的プロセス管理ツールである。
