Compositional Data Analysis (CoDA)
Compositional Data Analysis (CoDA) は、全体に対する部分（合計が定数となる割合、パーセンテージ、または濃度）を表すデータを対象とする多変量統計学の一分野である。1982年の John Aitchison による画期的な論文で導入された CoDA は、標準的なユークリッド的手法が単体（simplex）上では機能しないことを認識し、代わりに組成情報の本質的な相対性を尊重する対数比変換を用いて分析を行う。
