多層階層的項目機能差（多層階層的DIF）
多層階層的DIF分析は、回答者が学校内の生徒、組織内の従業員、またはクリニック内の患者のように、上位単位内にクラスタリングされている場合に、個々のテストまたは調査項目がグループ間で異なる機能を示すかどうかを検出します。階層的なデータ構造を考慮することで、クラスタリングを無視することによって生じる人工的なDIF信号から、真の項目バイアスを分離します。
