喘息コントロールテスト (Asthma Control Test, ACT)
ACTは、喘息コントロールを評価するシンプルかつ迅速で、患者中心の指標である。2004年にRobert Nathanらによって開発されたこの5項目の質問票は、喘息の症状、活動制限、夜間の覚醒が日常生活にどのように影響するかを定量化する。これは臨床現場で最も広く使用されている喘息コントロール指標であり、主要な喘息ガイドラインによって標準的な評価ツールとして推奨されている。
