感度分析と品質機能展開
品質機能展開（QFD）に統合された感度分析は、顧客要求の重みや関係性マトリクスのスコアが変動した場合に、工学的特性の優先順位付けがどれだけ安定しているかをテストします。品質の家（House of Quality）の入力を体系的に摂動させることにより、チームはどの設計パラメータが真に重要であり、どのランキングが異なる仮定の下で反転するかを特定します。これにより、QFDは一度きりの優先順位付けツールから、堅牢な意思決定フレームワークへと進化します。
