プロセス能力解析を伴う感度分析
プロセス能力解析を伴う感度分析は、CpやCpkなどの能力指数によるプロセス性能の測定と、入力因子の体系的な変動を組み合わせる定量的工学的手法であり、どの因子がプロセスが仕様限界を満たすかに最も強く影響するかを特定する。これは、シックスシグマプロジェクト、製造品質改善、実験計画法の文脈で広く使用され、是正措置がプロセス能力に最大の利益をもたらす場所を優先するために用いられる。
