概要The Organizational Trust Scale (OTS) is a 12-item instrument designed to measure interpersonal trust and organizational confidence across four dimensions. Developed by Aneil K. Mishra in 1996, the scale addresses how employees perceive trustworthiness in their organization and leadership.The Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) is a 24-item diagnostic tool that identifies dominant organizational culture types based on the Competing Values Framework (CVF). Developed by Kim S. Cameron and Robert E. Quinn, the OCAI measures cultures across four archetypes: Clan, Adhocracy, Market, and Hierarchy.
