Bayesovski k-najbližih susjeda (Bayesian KNN) proširuje klasični KNN algoritam postavljanjem apriorne distribucije na veličinu susjedstva k i kombiniranjem vjerodostojnih dokaza od susjeda s tim apriornim znanjem kako bi se proizvele kalibrirane posteriorne vjerojatnosti klasa. Zadržava intuitivnu logiku algoritma KNN temeljenu na instancama, dodajući principijelno kvantificiranje nesigurnosti nad predviđanjima.
