The scale is widely used in nutrition, food science, and psychology research examining dietary diversity, food acceptance, and barriers to healthy eating. | The Mediterranean Diet Adherence Screener is a 14-item food frequency questionnaire designed to rapidly assess adherence to the Mediterranean dietary pattern.
