Mendelovska randomizacija

Mendelovska randomizacija je metoda za procjenu uzročno-posljedičnih učinaka izloženosti na ishode korištenjem genetskih varijanti kao instrumentalnih varijabli. Uvedena od strane Georgea Daveya Smitha 1990-ih, ona iskorištava Mendelov zakon segregacije za uklanjanje konfuzijske pristranosti.
