סיווג פעולות שיח
סיווג פעולות שיח הוא משימה בעיבוד שפה טבעית המתייגת באופן אוטומטי את התפקוד התקשורתי של כל אמירה בשיחה – כגון שאלה, תשובה, ברכה או דחייה. משימה זו, שגובשה על ידי Jurafsky et al. (1997) ו-Stolcke et al. (2000), מהווה רכיב יסוד עבור צ'אטבוטים וניתוח שיח.
